Where we actually are
Abundant Life Wellness Center is at 4312 Heritage Trace Parkway, Suite 700, Fort Worth, Texas 76244 — north Fort Worth, about 13 miles and about 18 minutes up I-35W from downtown, and a mile and a half from Alliance Town Center. The streets around the building are zoned to Keller ISD, which is why you may also see the practice described as a Keller one. Parking is on site and it is free. The entrance is the stone front with the practice name above the door and Suite 700 printed on the glass, so it is straightforward to pick out from the parking lot. If you are running late, or you cannot find the door, call 817-379-3770 and someone will answer and talk you in.
Under one roof
Every service below happens at the Heritage Trace Parkway building. The full list, with what each one involves, is on the services page.
Intramuscular shots, including B12, given on their own or added to a drip. Every shot and booster is named on the page.
The practice’s own sequence starts with a conversation rather than a product, and the page sets out what that conversation covers.
Comprehensive testing first, then an individualized plan built around your labs rather than a guess.
A menu of drips, from hydration and Myers to immunity and high-dose vitamin C, each listed with what is in it.
One of the premium infusions on that menu, offered in two sizes, plus a SubQ shot.
Far infrared warmth and dry salt halotherapy in one cabin, on the detox side of the practice.
LymphStar Pro sessions in the lymphatic room, on the recovery side.
Who you would see
The practice is Jennifer Trejo’s — she founded it and she is a naturopath. Depending on what you come in for you may see Sharon Krahn, a nurse practitioner and traditional naturopath; Inger Russ, who runs the emotional wellness and neurofeedback side; Raena Drayton, the nutritionist; or Rachel Allenbrand, the licensed aesthetician. The whole roster, with titles, is on the about page.
