At Abundant Life Wellness Center in Fort Worth, detox support comes three ways — the Halo Infrared Sauna, the Platinum Energy Foot Detox, and the Allergy Clearing Technique — each one helping your body’s own natural pathways do their work. Detoxification is your body’s natural process for eliminating foreign chemicals through the liver, the kidneys, colon, sweat glands in your skin, and your lungs. However, since the industrial revolution and the post-World War II petrochemical industry, foreign chemicals have been accumulating in the human body – faster than they can be released. Each day your body absorbs a broad range of toxins such as industrial chemicals, pesticides, food additives, heavy metals, tobacco, polluted air, etc. This becomes your life-accumulation or “body burden”. This lifetime accumulation becomes a toxic burden, hindering your body’s natural ability to heal and repair itself.

Most people start with the infrared sauna or an ionic foot detox — they are gentle, they need no preparation, and you will know quickly whether you like how you feel afterwards. If your questions are more about sensitivities than about clearing, allergy clearing guided by a ZYTO scan is the better first step.
That depends on what you are working on and how you respond, which is a conversation rather than a formula. The front desk can talk you through what people usually do, and if you would rather plan it properly, a consultation is the place to do that.
While ALWC does not take health insurance, if your insurance plan has a flexible spending account or health savings account, check with your plan administrator to see if our services are covered for reimbursement.
