The fine print
Privacy policy
Abundant Life Wellness Center respects your privacy. This policy explains what this website collects, why, and who else sees it. It covers the website only — your records as a client are handled separately, under the practice’s own patient privacy practices.
What you give us
Two forms on this site ask for information, and both are optional — you can always call us instead.
The contact form asks for your name, and an email address or phone number so we can reply. You can add a phone number, a service you are interested in, and a message. The prayer request form asks only for your request; a name and a way to reach you are optional, and nobody follows up unless you ask.
If you sign up for the newsletter, we keep your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
Please don’t send medical details through this website. The message box is ordinary email, not a secure medical channel. A sentence about what you’d like help with is fine; test results and medical history are better discussed by phone or in person.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit — the pages you look at, roughly where in the world you are, the type of device and browser you use, and the site that sent you to us. This is used to understand what people find useful, not to identify you.
Who else receives information
We use a small number of outside services to run this site. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — website traffic and page statistics.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — the security check on our forms, which confirms a real person is submitting rather than an automated program. Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains what it collects.
- Brevo — delivers form submissions to the practice and sends the newsletter.
- Vagaro — our booking system. When you book you are on Vagaro’s own pages, and their privacy policy applies.
- Google Maps — the map showing where we are.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site uses cookies — small files stored by your browser — to remember choices you have made and to gather the traffic statistics described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may work less well if you do.
How long we keep things
Messages sent through the contact form are kept in the practice’s email for as long as they are useful in answering you. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it — email info@abundantlifewellnesscenter.com or call 817-379-3770. Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.
Children
This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new version here.
