About the practice

Whole-person care, rooted in faith.

Abundant Life Wellness Center is a regenerative and functional medicine practice in Fort Worth, rooted in Christian faith — multiple therapies under one roof for whole-person care of body, mind, and spirit.

Led by our Founder and Naturopath, Jennifer Trejo, care here begins with a conversation about what you are carrying — and a plan built around the whole person rather than a single symptom.

I have come that they might have life … more abundantly.

Our story

It started with one family’s loss.

Out of a determination to learn how to improve her own health after her father died unexpectedly from a heart attack at the age of 59, Jennifer Trejo left her career in international human resources and founded Abundant Life Wellness Center.

That beginning still shapes how the practice works. It is why the first appointment is a conversation rather than a protocol, why so many modalities sit under one roof instead of being referred out, and why the stated mission is to bring hope to our clients by using effective, natural solutions for their health challenges.

Abundant Life Wellness Center is a regenerative and functional medicine practice in Fort Worth, serving Keller, Haslet, Westlake, Southlake and the surrounding communities. Under one roof, the practice offers IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback, EVOX Biofeedback, HeartMath and Tapping; full body and breast thermography; functional lab testing and nutrition services; hormone optimization, peptide therapy, stem cell and exosome therapy, and IV therapy; and detox and recovery therapies including infrared sauna, halotherapy, foot detox, whole body vibration and lymphatic support. Living Magazine readers named the practice a Readers’ Choice selection in Keller in 2024 and 2025, and in NE Tarrant County in 2025. Because nearly everything lives in one place, you are not sent across town each time the plan changes — the team can match a therapy to you, combine therapies when that serves you better, and adjust as your body responds.

The framed mission statement on the practice wall

Our team

People who listen first.

Meet the people behind your care.

    Sharon Krahn

    FNP-C, Traditional Naturopath

    About Sharon Krahn

Sharon Krahn is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Traditional Naturopath with 20 years’ experience in Functional Wellness. Through her own experience and extensive, ongoing education, Sharon brings the best of time-tested truths and the latest scientific research together to help her clients recover from acute and chronic health issues and gain a better quality of life.

Sharon became interested in the study of health through her own crisis. At the age of 26, with 3 small children and the sudden issue of repeated miscarriages, she was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that offered no hope of recovery. With a family to care for, ‘no recovery’ was not an option. She decided to pursue alternative means of help. In her search for alternative healthcare, Sharon found great Naturopaths with whom she began her new treatments. She began to feel better, function better, and experienced new energy and a general sense of well-being. At her lowest health point, simple tasks like getting out of bed, or driving became painful and difficult. But finally, after 10 years of pursuing better health via nutrition, lifestyle changes, various forms of bodywork and nutritional therapies, Sharon finally received a perfect report on her yearly lab work.

Sharon loves learning and stays abreast of regenerative and functional medicine. Exosomes, stem cells, and peptides are among her many tools in her extensive knowledge base of treatments.

She loves helping people discover hidden causes to their own health issues and better yet — tools to overcome those issues. Sharon is passionate about you achieving optimal health!

    Rachel Allenbrand

    Licensed Aesthetician

    About Rachel Allenbrand

Rachel is a licensed aesthetician, and she joins the practice on 1 September 2026. She works with Green Envee, a botanical professional line built on the same idea the rest of this practice runs on: that skin responds to what is happening in the whole body, and that clean formulation is not a marketing position but a starting condition.

What that means in a treatment room is that nothing here is off a fixed list. Rachel looks at what your skin is doing, asks what you have already tried, and builds the session from there — a facial, a peel, microneedling, or a combination across several visits.

  • Portrait of Raena Drayton

    Raena Drayton

    Nutritionist

    About Raena Drayton

Raena first fell in love with the field of nutrition in her undergraduate studies at Baylor University, where she recognized how the complexity and intricacy of the body points to God’s intentional creation of us. She learned that by prioritizing the right foods based on each person’s unique needs, balance and well-being can be restored, allowing the body to function as it was always meant to. Though she was raised in a home that prioritized holistic practices, her own health struggles in college allowed her to experience the importance of addressing emotional, spiritual, and physiological obstacles to healing for herself.

After graduating from Baylor with her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences and a minor in Business Administration, she felt called to attend graduate school in pursuit of a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. In this program she studied functional nutrition, taking a holistic approach to wellness that targets root causes through personalized diet and lifestyle modifications. She also gained a deeper understanding of evidence-based practice and how to approach nutrition counseling from a clinical perspective. It was at this time that she developed a heart for education, desiring to help others make educated health decisions despite the constant cycle of new trends and contradictory dietary advice. Having passed her board exam, she is now completing her certification hours to gain the Certified Nutrition Specialist® credential (CNS®), the most advanced certification for personalized nutrition practitioners.

Raena is originally from the Dallas area but now resides in Fort Worth. She enjoys walking on the Trinity River, playing pickleball and practicing pilates, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, traveling, and spending time worshipping and reading God’s word.

    Hannah Linville

    Office Manager

    About Hannah Linville

Hannah is a Texas native, with a heart to see people healed and set free. Her journey with natural health began in 2021 when she had a negative reaction to the birth control pill. Over the next year, she saw many doctors who ran countless blood tests only to find “normal” results and many times was told it was all in her head. Frustrated, but convinced that she didn’t have to live in pain, she began to do her own research. Through a God-appointed connection, she was able to speak to a family friend with experience in natural health. Hannah learned about toxins, food allergies, inflammation, etc, and was finally able to receive freedom from pain and fatigue, and was able to start her journey towards a healed and healthy body! For that reason, she is so proud and grateful to be a part of the ALWC team!

Hannah lives in Keller with her sweet husband, Christian. They love music, books, fishing, being outside, spending time with their families, and day-dreaming about having a farm one day. She loves the Lord, His Word, and wants to see her community made healthy in body and Spirit.

    About Hannah Minor

Hannah is originally from Dallas, Texas and has always had a heart for helping and serving others. She has a background in ministry with a Masters degree in Worship Arts from California Baptist University, and loves all things art, worship theology, and being the hands and feet of Jesus Christ. Hannah worked in ministry for about 5 years and after that decided to take a little break to find a different path that the Lord may be calling her to. Still searching for that thing, she has always had an interest in sciences and health. From attending a Health Professions high school to learning about toxins and natural health through friends, family, and social media, she found ALWC through a job search and absolutely loves the heart behind what we do. Hannah is all for taking the natural way above anything else and has had personal results from going the natural way, working to heal her body from within instead of taking things only to mask the symptoms of a deeper issue. Nevertheless, she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling with friends and family, and trying new things, especially new foods.

    About Lauren Trejo

Lauren was born and raised right here in Fort Worth, and serving the community she grew up in is something she truly loves. She attended Baylor University for her undergraduate degree and is currently working toward her graduate degree in Social Media Marketing through Liberty University — combining her love for creativity, strategy, and meaningful connection.

Holistic health has been part of Lauren’s life for as long as she can remember. She grew up learning about natural medicine from her mom and saw firsthand how powerful it can be when you support the body instead of just masking symptoms.
