Fort Worth, Texas
Abundant Life Wellness Center is in Fort Worth itself, at 4312 Heritage Trace Parkway, Suite 700, in north Fort Worth’s 76244 — about 13 miles and about 18 minutes up I-35W from downtown, and a mile and a half from Alliance Town Center. Parking is on site and it is free. The entrance is the stone front with the practice name above the door and Suite 700 printed on the glass, so it is straightforward to pick out from the parking lot. If you are running late, or you cannot find the door, call 817-379-3770 and someone will answer and talk you in. The infrared sauna here is one custom-built cabin that pairs far infrared warmth with dry salt halotherapy, and the practice publishes it three ways — sauna on its own, halo therapy on its own, or the two together — so the one thing to settle before driving in from Fort Worth is which of the three you are booking.

Dry salt therapy
Halotherapy, also known as dry Salt Therapy is a holistic approach that mimics the microclimate of a salt cave. Dry salt air is dispersed into an enclosed environment (room, bed, booth, cabin) through a unique process generated by a halogenerator. When you heat salt, it becomes super dry, and kinetically more active. This heated and dry pure sodium chloride is then crushed into micro-sized particles and dispersed into the air in an enclosed environment. For more information on research, please visit the Global Wellness Institute and the World Halotherapy Association.
Pure “dry” sodium chloride is heated and ground up in a machine called a halogenerator. The micro-sized crushed salt particles are then dispersed into the air in an enclosed environment.
Dry Salt Therapy or halotherapy has been a part of natural wellness since the 19th century. For more information on research, please visit the Global Wellness Institute and the World Halotherapy Association.

That is not a list designed to put you off — most people are fine, and the answer is usually a shorter first session rather than no session. It is a list because heat is one of the few things here where a quick conversation beforehand genuinely matters. If you are unsure, call and ask.
