Most people arrive having already narrowed what they eat, often considerably, and still not feeling well. That is worth saying out loud, because eating around a problem is not the same as understanding it. Digestive symptoms have a small number of common drivers: specific food sensitivities, an imbalance in gut flora including yeast overgrowth, low stomach acid or enzyme output, and a nervous system that stays in a state where digestion is simply not a priority. Those are separable. Sensitivity work, targeted lab testing and nutrition support each address a different one, and the first conversation is about working out which to look at first rather than doing all of them. If your symptoms include anything that needs a medical investigation, we will tell you that plainly and help you get to the right place. Eating a diet of six foods is not a plan and you deserve better than it.
