How to Set Up Your Vagaro Account

Why You Need a Vagaro Account

To book, track, and manage appointments with any Vagaro business, you need a Vagaro account. If you don’t already have one, the first business you visit will create one for you. Logging in is also required when booking through the Vagaro Marketplace.

Your Vagaro account gives you access to over 80,000 businesses across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. With it, you can:

  • Book or cancel appointments and classes anytime, 24/7.

  • Get email and text updates and reminders.

  • Search for services and classes on-site, online, or at home.

  • Bookmark favorite places.

  • Purchase gift cards for services, classes, and products.

  • Access deals and discounts to share with family and friends.

  • Read and leave reviews.

Tip: If a business already created a profile for you, use the same email address when signing up so your past appointments carry over. Or ask the business to send your login details.
