Jennifer Trejo

Founder and Naturopath

Abundant Life Wellness Center was founded by Jennifer Trejo in 2009. Jennifer became interested in natural health and a more holistic way of life after her father died unexpectedly from a heart attack at the age of 59. Out of a determination to learn how to improve her own health and finding a passion to help others do the same, Jennifer left her career in international human resources and completed her Doctorate in Naturopathy.  She currently has a completely full telehealth practice, but enjoys seeing the services within the bricks and mortar practice continue to grow and thrive!

Jennifer has also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Dallas Baptist University and her Master in Business Administration from the University of Dallas. In addition, Jennifer has trained under Dr. Datis Kharrazian who is considered one of the leading experts in non-pharmaceutical applications to chronic illnesses, autoimmune disorders, and complex neurological disorders.

Jennifer lives in Fort Worth with her family.  She enjoys traveling, studying God’s Word, pilates, spending time with family & friends, reading, and being involved with her church.

Hannah Linville

Office Manager

Hannah is a Texas native, with a heart to see people healed and set free. Her journey with natural health began in 2021 when she had a negative reaction to the birth control pill. Over the next year, she saw many doctors who ran countless blood tests only to find “normal” results and many times was told it was all in her head. Frustrated, but convinced that she didnt have to live in pain, she began to do her own research. Through a God-appointed connection, she was able to speak to a family friend with experience in natural health. Hannah learned about toxins, food allergies, inflammation, etc, and was finally able to receive freedom from pain and fatigue, and was able to start her journey towards a healed and healthy body! For that reason, she is so proud and grateful to be a part of the ALWC team!

Hannah lives in Keller with her sweet husband, Christian. They love music, books, fishing, being outside, spending time with their families, and day-dreaming about having a farm one day. She loves the Lord, His Word, and wants to see her community made healthy in body and Spirit.

Raena Drayton

Nutritionist, CNS

Raena first fell in love with the field of nutrition in her undergraduate studies at Baylor University, where she recognized how the complexity and intricacy of the body points to God’s intentional creation of us. She learned that by prioritizing the right foods based on each person’s unique needs, balance and well-being can be restored, allowing the body to function as it was always meant to. Though she was raised in a home that prioritized holistic practices, her own health struggles in college allowed her to experience the importance of addressing emotional, spiritual, and physiological obstacles to healing for herself.

After graduating from Baylor with her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences and a minor in Business Administration, she felt called to attend graduate school in pursuit of a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. In this program she studied functional nutrition, taking a holistic approach to wellness that targets root causes through personalized diet and lifestyle modifications. She also gained a deeper understanding of evidence-based practice and how to approach nutrition counseling from a clinical perspective. It was at this time that she developed a heart for education, desiring to help others make educated health decisions despite the constant cycle of new trends and contradictory dietary advice. Having passed her board exam, she is now completing her certification hours to gain the Certified Nutrition Specialist® credential (CNS®), the most advanced certification for personalized nutrition practitioners.

Raena is originally from the Dallas area but now resides in Fort Worth. She enjoys walking on the Trinity River, playing pickleball and practicing pilates, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, traveling, and spending time worshipping and reading God’s word.

Now pursuing a future in nursing, Brooke is passionate about blending clinical care with a newfound holistic perspective.
At our center, Brooke enjoys the communal atmosphere that champions healthy lifestyles in body, mind, and spirit. Before joining Abundant Life Wellness Center, she worked in the medical field for several years, where she gained valuable experience supporting both patients and practitioners.
Her personal health journey, including struggles to find answers through traditional medical routes, sparked a deep interest in holistic health. She was drawn to ALWC because of its commitment to treating the whole person—not just symptoms. She is passionate about being part of a team that listens, cares, and empowers others on their path to wellness.
In her free time, she enjoys binge-watching TV shows with her husband, reading a good book, and spending quality time with her two beloved cats. Naturally empathetic, she finds purpose in helping others feel seen, heard, and supported.
